The Wiper Patriotic Front (WPF) has firmly dismissed intense political speculation suggesting its party leader, former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka, is laying the groundwork to join President William Ruto’s government or strike a pre-election coalition deal ahead of the 2027 General Election.
In an official public statement issued on September 28, 2026, WPF Spokesperson Ndegwa Njiru declared that the party has no intentions of negotiating a political arrangement with the Kenya Kwanza administration, maintaining an uncompromising stance toward the head of state.
“Let it be stated without ambiguity; the Wiper Patriotic Front has no dealings, no understanding, and no intention of working with Ruto,” the statement read.
