Kirinyaga County Commissioner Shufaa Omar Mwijuma has vowed to shut down bars in Kagio and Kutus accused of hosting naked dancers, saying the practice will not be allowed in the county.
Mwijuma said one of the outlets in Kagio hosts naked dancers every night, while another in Kutus allegedly brings them in every Friday.
“As long as I’m the County Commissioner of Kirinyaga, this nightclub must be closed,” Mwijuma said, referring to the bar in Kagio town on the Ndia side.
