Chagua lists everyone standing for the 2027 General Election on the same terms. These are the rules, in full.

Who gets a profile

How people are ordered

What every profile shows

The same sections for a presidential candidate and for an MCA: seat and area, party, stage (aspirant, party nominee, IEBC-cleared), slogan, key issues, background, manifesto, the same questions for everyone, sources, and when the profile was last checked. Empty sections say so, the same way for everyone.

Sources and changes

Every fact comes from a public source, shown on the profile. Every change to a profile is logged with the date and whether it came from the candidate, the Chagua team or an official list, and that history is public on the profile. Once a candidate claims their profile they can add to it; official facts (party, seat, area, IEBC stage) keep coming from official sources.

Races

Races on Chagua are informal. They are not surveys and not results. They are hidden during the legal quiet period before polling day, and they never appear above official IEBC dates or results.
