Nyandarua Senator John Methu has opined
that the Democracy for the Citizens Party (DCP) is a formidable political party
that does not only depend on the influence of its leader Rigathi Gachagua.
According to the legislator, DCP bears
massive influence in Kenya’s political landscape and will only become a
herculean political vehicle in the run up to the 2027 General Election.
He dispelled claims that the party is
only run by Mr. Gachagua, saying that his ongoing tour in the United States is
enough proof that DCP can still run without its don.
