A family in Kakamega is in anguish after a senior police officer allegedly used a fake security alert to lure them from home before defiling their teenage daughter.
The minor’s parents claim the officer informed them of an impending security operation and asked them to take cover. When they returned home, they say they found inside their house, having defiled the minor.
The officer is accused of attempting to buy the couple’s silence by offering them 20,000 shillings and threatening to kill them.
