A 79-year-old man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison after being convicted of committing an indecent act with a 14-year-old autistic child.
John Mwangi Thuku was convicted following a prosecution by the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP).
The case stemmed from an incident on May 1, 2025, when the child’s mother reportedly found Thuku engaging in inappropriate sexual conduct with the minor.
