[Capital FM] Nairobi — Kitui County Assembly Member Cyrus Kisavi Musyoka has been charged with two additional counts of stealing involving 146 smartphones valued at more than Sh2.2 million in separate incidents in Nairobi’s Central Business District (CBD).
