The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has secured orders for the forfeiture of assets worth Ksh.207.7 million belonging to a former accountant at the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation and the Trans Nzoia County Government.
The assets were held by Andrew Bisuti Musuya, who the commission said failed to adequately explain the disparity between the wealth he accumulated and his known legitimate sources of income.
In a judgment delivered on October 8, 2026, Justice Rose Ougo found that Musuya had not adequately accounted for the source of the assets hence ordered their forfeiture.
