The Ministry of Health (MOH) has launched an extensive contact tracing exercise after Kenya confirmed its first case of Ebola Virus. 

According to Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale, 28 contacts have so far been identified, including family members of the deceased victim who died at the Nairobi Hospital on Monday night, as well as attending healthcare workers.

The Ministry is also pursuing an additional 23 passengers and 4 crew members who were on the same flight as the deceased, flying from Kampala to Nairobi.
