Equity Group Holdings Plc has appointed Victoria Cherotich as its new Group Company Secretary following approval by the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK).
The appointment also marks a leadership transition as outgoing secretary Lydia Ndirangu prepares to take up a new role as Chief Tax, Regulatory Affairs & Sustainability Officer within the group.
Cherotich brings more than 15 years of experience in company secretarial services, securities registration, governance advisory and regulatory compliance.
