NAIROBI, Kenya, Nov 6 – Former Law Society of Kenya (LSK) President Faith Odhiambo has condemned the violent attack against opposition leaders Kalonzo Musyoka, Eugene Wamalwa and Justin Muturi in Migori, demanding investigations and prosecution of those responsible.
Odhiambo said the attack on the leaders and their teams on Thursday, November 5, infringed their constitutional rights to political participation, freedom of expression, and personal security.
She questioned the continued incidents of political violence despite repeated condemnations and assurances by authorities that investigations would be conducted.
