Kenya Met Lists Counties to Expect Rain This Week

The Kenya Meteorological Service has forecast light to moderate rainfall in several counties between Sunday, October 18, and Thursday, October 22, 2026.
In its five-day weather forecast issued on Friday, October 16, the weather agency predicted showers, thunderstorms and sunny intervals across different parts of the country during the period.
The forecast shows that several counties in the Western, Nyanza, Rift Valley, Central and Eastern regions will experience rainfall at different times of the day. Some areas will also experience thunderstorms and lightning, particularly during the afternoon.
