Energy and Petroleum Cabinet Secretary Opiyo Wandayi has approved the appointment of new chief executives to three key institutions in Kenya’s energy sector.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, September 30, CS Wandayi announced the appointment of CPA Tom Odhiambo Imbo as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Kenya Electricity Transmission Company (KETRACO).
Stephen Kipsang Busieney has been appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Geothermal Development Company (GDC), while Engineer Edward Mwirigi Kinyua takes over as Director General of the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA).
