Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino has challenged Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja to meet him in court following their dispute over the building that collapsed in Eastleigh.
In a statement on Monday, October 26, 2026, Babu said he would not apologise for his remarks accusing the governor of misleading Kenyans about the building’s approval status.
“Let’s meet in court, SAKAJA,” Babu declared.
