One person has died, and three others sustained injuries in a road accident along the Kakamega-Kisumu highway at Ehendwe in Vihiga County.
The accident occurred on Sunday evening after a rider reportedly lost control of his motorcycle and rammed into a lorry that had broken down along the road.
Witnesses said the motorcycle was travelling at high speed from Majengo towards Mbale when the rider lost control and crashed into the stationary truck.
