Sinai Hospital in Ongata Rongai has been downgraded from Level 4A to Level 3A following an investigation into the management of a of 35 year old who lost her baby during child birth.
The investigation conducted by multi-agency teams found shortcomings in patient monitoring, informed consent, medical documentation and the management of retained placenta.
