On 20 November, 2024 the Diploma In Hospitality Management students at Boma International Hospitality College are combining African cuisine, story telling, music, fashion and immersive cultural experiences in one afternoon to celebrate Uhuru to Ubumwe.
Every traveller’s bucket list carries an important box begging to be checked: the “try local cuisine” box.
