Youth protest outside Buruburu church over viral bullying video

A section of disgruntled Gen Z youth staged protests outside the Redeemed Gospel Church in Nairobi’s Buruburu on Sunday, in what they said is standing in solidarity with a young woman identified as Jahenda, who was apparently bullied by her friends in an entertainment joint washrooms.
The protesters chanted Jahenda’s name outside the church, with police called in to bring order even as many continued to react to the disturbing viral clips.
This after Redeemed Gospel Church Buruburu confirmed in a statement that one of the bullies captured in the viral clips is a member of the church.
