Busia family seeks justice after man suffers multiple fractures during therapy

A family from Lugulu village in Butula Constituency, Busia County, is calling on detectives to investigate the conduct of a local hospital after their relative allegedly suffered multiple fractures while undergoing physiotherapy.
The family says Meshack Wesonga, 56, sustained serious injuries on October 8 after he was allegedly made to fall from a physiotherapy machine when the speed was increased by the attendant assisting him.
According to the family, the incident left Wesonga with fractures in both legs and injuries affecting his spinal cord.
