NAIROBI, Kenya, Nov 4 – Businessman and Embakasi South parliamentary aspirant Nicholas Ndolo has welcomed Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja’s decision to join the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM), describing it as a significant political development ahead of the 2027 General Election.
Ndolo said Sakaja’s move from the ruling United Democratic Alliance (UDA) could strengthen political cooperation in Nairobi and create fresh opportunities for residents through a more coordinated development agenda.
“I welcome Governor Sakaja’s decision to join ODM and seek a second term. Nairobi needs leaders who can work together, put aside political differences and focus on improving the lives of residents,” Ndolo said.
