Former Attorney General Paul Kihara Kariuki is dead, Chief Justice Martha Koome has announced.
Justice Kihara served as Kenya’s Attorney General from February 2018 to October 2022, becoming the country’s seventh holder of the office.
Before he was appointed Attorney General, he served as President of the Court of Appeal between 2012 and 2018, having previously held several positions within the Judiciary.
