Siaya Governor James Orengo has claimed that the government has once again withdrawn his security detail, in what he described as a recurring incident.
In a post shared on X on Thursday, October 15, 2026, Orengo said the latest withdrawal would not intimidate him, maintaining a defiant stance amid the development.
“Today, the government withdrew my security for the nth time, I remain unbowed,” Orengo wrote.
