Mama Ida Odinga has recalled her final conversation with her late husband, former Prime Minister Raila Odinga, revealing that he assured her he was fine just hours before he collapsed and died in India.
Speaking on Citizen TV on October 14, Ida said they spent the evening discussing everyday matters and that Raila showed no signs of health problems.
“The evening before he passed on, we talked a lot, and we were talking about ordinary things; there was no alarm, and there was nothing that could suggest he was unwell,” she said.
