The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has urged buyers with pending motor vehicle transfer applications to log into the NTSA Service Portal and respond to outstanding consent notifications to complete the ownership transfers.
According to the authority, buyers have left thousands of applications pending by failing to accept or decline transfer requests initiated by sellers.
NTSA has therefore asked affected buyers to take action and clear the backlog.
