Wiper Patriotic Front leader Kalonzo Musyoka has appointed Siaya Governor James Orengo and Jubilee Party leader Fred Matiang’i as co-chairs of the Ukombozi Alliance Council formerly known as the Azimio la Umoja coalition.
In a notice on Thursday, November 5, Kalonzo, upon arriving at Kisumu International Airport ahead of his tour of Migori and Homa Bay Counties, described the appointments as part of efforts to strengthen the opposition coalition and dismissed concerns over disagreements among its leaders.
