A police Inspector has been charged with the murder of Dr Victoria Mutiso, who was assassinated on July 29, 2026, in Upper Hill, Nairobi.
Inspector Kenneth Kipkemboi Sang is charged with murder contrary to Section 203 as read with Section 204 of the Penal Code, Cap 63, Laws of Kenya.
