Popular Insurance Boss Wanted by DCI as Search for Him Continues

The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has appealed to members of the public to help trace Stephenson Ouma, alias Kodhek, who is wanted in connection with alleged insurance fraud at Signature Insurance Agency.
In a notice dated Saturday, October 23, 2026, the DCI said Ouma is the subject of an arrest warrant issued by the Milimani Chief Magistrate’s Court in Criminal Case No. E647 of 2023.
“The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) is seeking information from members of the public on the whereabouts of STEPHENSON ODUOR OUMA, alias KODHEK, who is wanted pursuant to a warrant of arrest issued by the Milimani Chief Magistrate’s Court in Criminal Case No. E647 of 2023,” read part of the notice.
