President William Ruto has assented to the County Assembly Services (Amendment) Bill 2023 and the County Governments Additional Allocations Bill.
President Ruto signed the Senate Bills at the Eldoret State Lodge, Uasin-Gishu County, on Monday to enhance the allocation of resources to counties and streamline administration in county assemblies.
The County Governments Additional Allocations Bill 2026 governs the transfer of conditional and non-conditional resources from the National to County revenue plans.
