President William Ruto has named himself and Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka as the two people he believes God is using to drive development in Kenya, citing road construction, water supply and healthcare services.
Speaking during the commissioning of the Mwala Cluster Water Project in Mwala Constituency, Machakos County, on Saturday, October 24, Ruto thanked Kalonzo for acknowledging the government’s development work despite their political differences.
“So, mimi namshukuru rafiki yangu Kalonzo kwa sababu ya kusema Mungu ananitumia. Lakini mjue kuna watu wawili Kenya Mungu anawatumia. Kalonzo na mimi,” Ruto said.
