Two people were killed and nine others injured in a grisly road accident involving a milk delivery pickup and a 2NK Sacco matatu near Kwa V area along the Sagana-Makutano road in Kirinyaga County on Monday evening.
Kirinyaga West Sub-County Police Commander Julius Gaya, who confirmed the incident at the scene, said the accident involved a Toyota Hilux pickup owned by a milk manufacturing company based in Nyeri and a Toyota matatu belonging to 2NK Sacco.
