Kenya Electricity Generating Company PLC (KenGen) has appointed Ronoh Kibet Charles as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) designate, ahead of his assumption of office on February 1, 2027.
Kibet will succeed Eng. Peter Waweru Njenga, who will retire from the position.
Meanwhile, the company will use the transition period to ensure an orderly handover and maintain continuity in implementing its strategic priorities.
