The United States will be heading for its midterm elections on 10th November 2026, which shall determine the political party that shall control Congress for the remaining two years of President Donald Trump’s second term.
Primarily, the United States operates under a two-party system which dominate the electoral landscape that is Republican Party and Democratic Party.
These two parties shall contend for the 435 federal seats in the House of Representatives and 35 of the 100 seats in the Senate, which are also up for election.
