Murang’a Governor Irungu Kang’ata has challenged Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale’s claims that the Ministry of Health has no control over the Afya KE system, questioning why the platform uses a government domain name.
The exchange followed a statement issued by the Ministry of Health on Thursday, October 15, in which Duale denied allegations that the government had switched off the system in Murang’a County.
Kang’ata dismissed the Ministry’s explanation, questioning how the system could have a government domain if the national government had no control over it.
